    Post tournament questionnaire

We have been asked by The Atlantic Magazine to provide a little write-up about this tournament and about the players' view of the Virtual Ninja Manifesto etc.  We hope you'll take a moment to complete this brief questionnaire to assist in writing this article -- please note that you might be quoted (so I hope that's ok!).
Thank you so, so much for taking the time to complete this quick questionnaire.  It's very much appreciated.  If we quote you in the final article, we'll be sure to send you a copy!
